coach leaves Guildford Park Road car park at 8.00 am prompt. Please be there in plenty of time.

NB: coach is for singers only.

non-coach arrivals: make for the Marble Arch Tube/Speakers Corner end of the Park. Go to the
Red Exit, and into the Performers’ Entrance, where there will be a Welcoming Tent. Please be
there by 9.15 am at the latest, and join the choir inside the concert site.

rehearsal in Hyde Park 10.00 am

light lunches will be provided in dressing room area (map & timetable enclosed). However, as
the choir alone is 700+ strong, packed lunches may be advisable!!

Heads of State Ceremony starts at approx 3.15 pm, ends approx 4.45 pm.

coach leaves 5.00 pm, probably from the set-down point. Instructions on the day.

dress: men: dark suit, white shirt, dark tie
women: long black skirt, white blouse

changing facilities are limited, so we’ve been asked to arrive ready-dressed(!)
