Neville : could you update the figures as appropriate, and also note as soon as possible we
will need to know the works being performed (for library costing and organising). Obviously, after the venue, the key determinant of costs is the number of musicians
involved. While I have budgetted only £70 from Choir funds, it could be much more if we
get less than 100 external attendees. The choir cannot afford to put in more than £300.
